PeerTube Runner Infrastructure Service Machines (PRISM) is the project to develop a software architecture that allows operators of PeerTube instances to offload compute-intensive transcoding processes of live video streams onto high-performance, well-connected servers. We are currently assembling the hardware and applying to NGI for funding to develop the software. PRISM is the first project of the → FediHub.
